Sehr leckere und einfache Rezepte für die ganze Familie.. ich liebe One Pot Kochbücher und dieses hier finde ich besonders gut, da es perfekt für Familien ist! Da ist für jeden was dabei und soo easy nachzukochen..
Dieses Buch enthält viele einfache Rezepte zum nachkochen nach der one pot Methode. One pot bedeutet wie die Übersetzung schon sagt, mit einem Topf zu kochen und das ist sogar ziemlich einfach und bei sehr vielen Gerichten möglich. Der Vorteil, nicht zu viel dreckige Töpfe und der Aufwand ist deutlich geringer. Ich koche sehr häufig nach dieser Methode und an sich gibt es geschmacklich kaum einen unterschied, wobei die one pot Gerichte teilweise sogar intensiver schmecken da eben keinerlei Aromen und Gewürze verloren gehen. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Buch.
Ich bin bekennender One Pot Esser. Schnell, einfach, wenig Abwasch, mehr Zeit für mein Kind, so einfach ist meine Philosophie, was kochen angeht. :) Das Essen ist flink vorbereitet und kann meiste auch schon am Abend zuvor vorbereitet werden. Am liebsten mag ich die Rezepte mit Hackfleisch und Kartoffeln.
